How the prize drop on our website works, what you can win and the chance of each prize.

How it works

The prize drop appears when you open our website. Every slot on the board hides a prize. Tap to drop the ball. When you tap, we draw your prize at random, by the chances below, then show the ball landing in a slot that holds it. The other slots then open, to show the prizes they held.

Your free redo

You may drop the ball a second time, once. The redo replaces your first prize: you give it up and keep the second, whether it is larger or smaller. The second prize is drawn the same way, by the same chances.

Claiming your prize

To claim a prize, enter your email address and phone number. We use them to send you your prize code. Receiving our offers and news by email and SMS is a separate choice, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Using your code

One code per order. A prize cannot be combined with another code, including the 10% code for joining our list.
A prize works on sale prices. A percentage prize comes off your whole order.
The second-handle prize takes 50% off one handle when your order has two or more.
A code has no cash value.
Orders are delivered in Australia only, as set out in our shipping and returns policy.

One play per person, with its one free redo, and one prize per email address and phone number.
