What does a hardware schedule need from a handle?
An Arc-Haus handle goes into a hardware schedule by its product code, and its technical data sheet gives the details to check against your plans. Each of the seven handles has its own code, so a single code identifies one handle in one colour. Put it in your door hardware schedule, and quote the same code in any enquiry so we know exactly which handle you mean.
The data sheet supplies the rest: face size, thickness, material and colour, with a front and side drawing in millimetres. Every product page lists the same figures in its specifications.
Every Arc-Haus handle is 250 mm across the face, the part you see on the door. That is the overall size of the face, not a centre-to-centre measurement: the diameter of Grange and Kingston, the width of Somerton and Henley, and 250 mm each way for Brighton. It is not the length of a bar pull, and our guide to how Arc-Haus handles are measured explains why.
What is on an Arc-Haus data sheet?
Each Arc-Haus technical data sheet is one A4 page for one handle. It gives the product code, shape, face size, thickness, material, colour and fixing, and where the handle is made: our workshop in Adelaide, South Australia. The handles are Australian made. The sheet also has a front and side drawing in millimetres and a picture of the handle.
The Kingston and Henley sheets add a line on the timber. Our timber is Victorian Ash, supplied by Australian Timbers in Gilman, South Australia, and certified under Responsible Wood, the Australian scheme endorsed by PEFC. Both handles are supplied natural, ready for your choice of stain. The Kingston sheet shows the handle stained and notes it is supplied natural.
All seven sheets were issued on 29 September 2026. Each is a page with a button to download the PDF, and carries our postal address, phone number and ABN. Find them on each handle's page, in the Technical data sheets list on our home page, or on the trade page.
What are the Arc-Haus product codes?
Each Arc-Haus handle has one product code. Grange White is AHG250AR-W, Grange Black is AHG250AR-BK, Somerton Black is AHS250AS-BK, Somerton White is AHS250AS-W and Brighton Black is AHB250AD-BK. Henley is AHH250TS and Kingston is AHK250TR. The table gives each code with its shape, material, colour and thickness.
Five handles are aluminium, 10 mm thick, in black or white. Two are Victorian Ash, 40 mm thick, supplied natural. Every face is 250 mm across. The round shape comes in both materials, as Grange or Kingston, and so does the square, as Somerton or Henley. Brighton is the only D shape.
Copy each code exactly as written. The white aluminium codes end in -W and the black ones in -BK, while Kingston and Henley come in one natural colour and carry no colour suffix. Each code is also listed in the specifications on its handle's page and on its data sheet.
| Handle | Code | Shape | Material | Colour | Thickness |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Grange White | AHG250AR-W | Round | Aluminium | White | 10 mm |
| Grange Black | AHG250AR-BK | Round | Aluminium | Black | 10 mm |
| Somerton Black | AHS250AS-BK | Square with rounded corners | Aluminium | Black | 10 mm |

How do I get the fixing details?
Ask us. Each Arc-Haus data sheet lists the fixing as a single bracket and asks you to contact us for the details. Send an enquiry with the handle's product code, the quantity and a line about the project, and we will reply by email. You can also call 0418 839 122, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Every Arc-Haus handle stands on a single bracket that holds it off the door. On the data sheet, the side view shows that bracket as a schematic block, not to scale, so do not measure it off the drawing.
The thickness on the sheet is the handle itself, seen from the side. The aluminium handles are 10 mm thick and the Victorian Ash handles are 40 mm thick, and the same figure is listed in the specifications on each handle's page.
How do trade and project enquiries work?
Send an enquiry and we reply by email. Arc-Haus takes trade and project enquiries from architects, builders and specifiers. Use the contact page, or the Enquire button on a handle's page, which fills in that handle for you. Tell us about the project, which handles it needs and how many, and we will reply with availability and specifications.
You can also buy several handles through checkout. For a larger job, send the enquiry first with the handles and quantities, so we can confirm availability before you order. Shipping is free across Australia to a street address, such as your workplace, and we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Handles in one order may arrive on different days, and our shipping and returns page gives delivery times by region.
The trade page gathers all seven data sheets and product codes in one place. Arc-Haus makes entry door pull handles and nothing else, all designed and made in our workshop in Adelaide.
